Rodarte's A/W'13 show makes me want to cry a little out of sheer aesthetic happiness. The way the collection flows seamlessly from all black to nude tones, monochrome, then incorporates bright punk-esque tie dye and finally moves to that effortless looking soft grey pattern is a work of art in itself, never mind each piece alone.

I think these two looks have to be my favourite with me being partial to a good old leather biker jacket. I also love the high cut bodysuits, especially that punk inspired tie dye one on the left paired with the monochrome trousers. And the baggy grey printed trousers on the right with matching tied up top are just awesome, for want of a better word.

This lovely gal gets my fav look of the moment.

Love the relaxed look, with her baggy white vest, long light cardi, wide brimmed hat and black leather boots.

 Oh and that bag is amazing.

I love the monochrome prints, the silk materials, the sheer paneling and the muted colours throughout.

They are all perfect for spring and I just want everything.

I am a bit obsessed with this style of decor at the moment. 

I would like my own house, to deck out with bamboo furniture, retro sideboards, geometric rugs, low brightly coloured sofas and palm tree prints. On the hunt for a vintage palm tree print dress as well actually. It snowed the other day, but hey, no harm in starting the summer wardrobe early. There is always tights...and fur coats.

I have been fighting some sort of flu/cold type thing for the past few days and to cheer myself up I watched, from the comfort of my boyfriend's bed, The Birdcage. Amazing film. Again I am in love with the pastel coloured, South Beach 1980's stuck partly in the 1950/60's, decor...And Nathan Lane is hilarious.

I bought thee nicest teapot and tea cup set ever, from one of my new favourite shops; Tiger.

Had to refrain from buying the whole plate set to match, but I did buy some Christmas tea (a little late I know but I love orange and cinnamon any time of year.)

I think I must have spent about an hour in the Cheap Monday store on Carnaby Street deciding what to buy. I wanted everything. Luckily they had an awesome sale on, and I had contained myself from spending Christmas money from my Gran up until this point.

Just got back from a Uni trip to London. Visited some design agencies, galleries and done a spot of shopping (Ill post purchases later.) And today, I have spent my time eating porridge and watching The O.C. I'm on my 7th episode of the day, I feel it is maybe time to get up.
